What I've learned last week #2

The last couple of months, I've learned a lot of things online. I'd like to share a couple of those with you. Maybe they can help you too. #1 I find finding the right fabric the most difficult thing about making a swimsuit. Here's a list of suppliers if you don't live in a fabric heaven. #2 I tell this to the kids I teach at least once a week: You need to suck at something first to get better. Or: Why to start small and/or sucky. #3 I love the Jedediah Pants by Thread Theory and this is a great tutorial on how to make them into a more classic style of pants. #4 Maybe you can buy more fabric if you live the way your grandparents did. #5 Something to think about: "If you were the best in the world at what you do, how would you behave?
