What I've learned last week #3
The last couple of months, I've learned a lot of things online. I'd like to share a couple of those with you. Maybe they can help you too.
#1 Getting sharp corners on a jacket can be difficult. Here's a great tutorial on how to mitre corners.
#2 I used to feel the need to follow other people's directions and live by their standards. Of course I have this feelings, but I'm getting more and more confident in my own decisions. Here is to living your own truth.
#3 This is very useful information about on why and how there's a difference between custom made and ready to wear fashion: it starts at the base of patternmaker vs tailer/seamstress
#4 Draping and moulage can seem very daunting for a sewist. This is a great article on the subject.
#5 I can't eat product that contain lactose, so I'm very eager to try out this non-dairy chocolate pudding.
